The DA5 alarm is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. In the event of such a defect occuring please contact us to arrange to return the alarm for repair or exchange. Product return or refund for any other reason is solely at the discretion of Safecom with each case being considered on its merits.

The DA5 alarm is designed, when armed, to warn that the vehicle to which it is fitted is being tampered with thus acting as a deterrent to anyone attempting to steal the vehicle. The DA5 alarm does not immobilise the vehicle and therefore cannot be regarded as a guarantee against theft. Safecom 2006 Ltd does not accept any liability if a vehicle, to which the DA5 alarm is fitted, is stolen.
